We provide these services to clients through one-on-one sessions, phone consultations, and email advisement. Career Success Consulting, counseling, Coaching and Advising services are provided for clients. Consultations and other Career Success Services can be provide in person or by phone, video conference, Instant Message (Chat) or email.

The fees associated with these services are based on the service level of the individual interested in the service and are listed below:

Students (Undergraduate/Graduate)
Entry Level (0 - 3 Work Experience)

Mid Level Professional (3 - 10 Years Experience)

 

 $75.00 per hour

Senior Level Professional (10+ Years Experience)

 

 $90.00 per hour

Executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, President, Vice President, Director Level)

 

 $125.00 per hour
Standard timetable for the development of materials is 5 - 15 business days depending on the project. Completion times will be determined based on the project, deadlines, client needs, and other factors. Rush services are available for additional cost per project.

GOVERNMENT: Federal Resumes, KSAs& ECQs
Development, Writing, Editing & Design of Federal Resumes, KSAs, PTQs & ECQs, Cover Letters, Thank You Letters, Salary Negotiation Letters, Portfolio's, Presentations, Web Design, Creative Material, Customized Self Marketing Materials, Letters, Emails, Responses, Speeches, Presentations, Bio's, and any other career communication tools needed.

The fees associated with these services are based on the service level of the individual interested in the service and are listed below:

Standard timetable for the development of materials is 5 - 20 business days depending on the project. Completion times will be determined based on the project, deadlines, client needs and other factors. Rush services are available for additional cost per project.

Targeted Self-Marketing Materials Development
If a client requests that we develop their targeted self-marketing materials a retainer fee is required. The retainer is deducted from your final invoice amount.

The three levels for our retainer fees are:

• Student/Entry Level Professional - $250.00 Retainer Fee

• Mid to Senior Level Professional - $350.00 Retainer Fee

• Executive - $500.00

GETTING STARTED
If you decide we can help you achieve career success you must sign a Career Success Services Agreement authorizing us to work with you. Then we set up your Career Success Account (CSA). To establish your account we will need your contact and billing information that is kept on file. Billing is based on the services you receive and is as follows.

We are passionate about your success and believe in partnering with you to achieve it. Signing the agreement and opening your Career Success Account gets you started on accessing the Career Success Services you will need to achieve success in your career, work and life.

How am I billed for Career Success Services?
All Career Counseling, Consultation and Coaching Sessions must be paid for 24 hours in advance of the session. Payments can be made online using any major credit or debit card. If payment is not received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment the session will be canceled.

Additional Career Services provided for a client are tracked and are billed at the end of each month.

For self-marketing materials development services provided we bill you three days after the completion of your work. Minor editing and/or modifications of your completed work can be made for a limited time for no additional cost. We accept all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover).
